Returns & Exchanges

At Janji, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical running gear; if your kit isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Simply ensure the tags are still attached and the gear is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
